Forsyth County accepting offers for the purchase of real property

At its June 5, 2025, meeting the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners directed the County Manager to solicit fair market value offers for county-owned real property located at 3325 Silas Creek Parkway. This property is 3.21-acres in size and is known as Amos Cottage. Interested bidders should submit a Letter of Intent to Kirby Robinson at robinskj@forsyth.cc stating the bidder's name as registered with the North Carolina Secretary of State, the offer amount, and a detailed description of the bidder's intended future use of the Property. The Board of Commissioners has complete discretion over which offer it chooses to advertise for upset bids, if any, and may, at its option, consider a lease of the Property.
