What's Bugging You? Workshop Series

Join us for summer workshops focused on pest management in the garden. All workshops will be taught by Extension Horticulture Agent Leslie Rose.

Classes in the "What's Bugging You?" Workshop series are:

Good Bugs, Bad Bugs: Managing Mosquitoes & Beneficial Garden Insects

Join us to learn how to support beneficial insects in your garden while also keeping mosquitoes under control. This workshop will include helpful information for backyard gardeners to work towards a balance between minimizing mosquitoes while supporting pollinators.

Suit Yourself: PPE in the Home Garden

Meet CJ Safety, our safety mascot, as we discuss safety measures for the home garden. We will cover personal protective equipment (PPE) for a variety of tasks, including using equipment and applying pesticides.
