Indie Lens Pop-Up Film Screening Continues with "Rumble: The Indians Who Rocked the World"

RiverRun's Films with Class and the Forsyth County Public Library present an electrifying look at the Native American influence in popular music despite attempts to ban, censor and erase Indian culture. The documentary will be shown on Monday, Dec. 3 at 6 p.m. in the Central Library Auditorium and reveals how early pioneers of the blues and jazz as well as the folk-rock era had Native American roots.
