Volunteers Encouraged to Apply

The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners will consider the following appointments at their regular scheduled meeting on December 20, 2018. If you wish to apply for one of these appointments, visit the Volunteer Opportunities page on the Commissioner's website and complete the online application form or call the Commissioners’ Office at 703-2020 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. to obtain a questionnaire. The deadline for receiving resumes and completed questionnaires is Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.

ANIMAL CONTROL ADVISORY BOARD
Capacities: One (1) Director of the Forsyth County Health Department or his/her Designee
One (1) County Resident Who Does Not Own a Companion Animal

COMMUNITY CHILD PROTECTION TEAM/CHILD FATALITY PREVENTION TEAM
Capacity: Parent of a Child Who Died Before Reaching Age 18

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COUNCIL
Capacities: Two (2) General Member

FORSYTH COUNTY AGRICULTURAL ADVISORY COUNCIL
Capacity: One (1) Non-Farm Member

FORSYTH COUNTY HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE BLOCK GRANT ADVISORY COUNCIL
Capacity: One (1) Service Recipient
