The Commuter Dash 5K will be a race held at Triad Park in Kernersville to promote alternative transportation options for the Piedmont Triad community. Take the Triad Commute Challenge of trying an alternative commute option (bike, walk, bus, car pool, train, and more) instead of driving alone at least once by April 30th. Learn more about public transportation opportunities from local vendors! In addition to the race, there will be refreshments, music, and prizes for top finishers.
Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up will be Friday April 15, 2016 from 3pm to 7pm at Triad Park Shelter 1.
Must be 16 years or older to take the Triad Commute Challenge and to register for this event. Patrons under 16 years of age may participate with an accompanied adult, but will NOT be officially timed. Pets and Strollers are also welcome!
Cost: FREE, with pledge to try an alternative mode of transportation
