Last winter’s brutal cold temperatures and this summer’s extreme heat took a toll on some of the Be fairways and Bent grass greens on the Tanglewood golf courses. Several areas around greens, bunkers and teeing areas on the Reynolds Course were killed.
Forsyth County Parks and Recreation Department is committed to making the grass come back stronger over the next several weeks which will include seeding and placing grass sod in these areas.
