Get fit at Sittercise
Join us at Central Library for Sittercise. Sittercise is designed to help with strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance and overall improved function. Sittercise can be suitable for all ages and abilities so it's never too late to start. Classes will be held in the Central Library Children's Storytime Room.
