The Forsyth County Department of Public Health Family Planning Clinic welcomes you to our clinic for individual comprehensive family planning and preventive health services. Services include women’s health, birth control information, birth control methods and referral services where needed.

The purpose of The Family Planning Clinic is to prevent unintentional pregnancies, help with planned pregnancies, reduce infant mortality, reduce healthcare costs and improve overall health.

Confidential services are offered to all women and men of childbearing age regardless of race, color, income and citizenship. Males can receive reproductive health education, vasectomy counseling and condoms at no charge. We accept all forms of Medicaid and offer a sliding fee scale for those with low or no income to determine costs of services on an individual basis. All clients are accepted regardless of geographical location!
