    1. Public Hearing on the Southwest Suburban Area Plan Update Which Was Developed During the Past Year by Planning and Development Services Staff With Input and Participation by the General Public at Four Community Meetings. The City-County Planning Board Held a Public Hearing on the Draft Plan on April 9, 2015 and Unanimously Recommended the Plan to the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners. The Winston-Salem City Council Adopted the Plan on June 1, 2015 for the Portion of the Planning Area Within Its Municipal Boundaries
    2. Adoption of Southwest Suburban Area Plan Update
