Girls With A Purpose - Black History Month Program - Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 4 p.m.

Join Girls With A Purpose on Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 4 p.m. The topic of our Black History Month program will be " Did an African American Woman Really Invent That?" Girls grades 2 - 5 are invited to research inventors and make their own booklets of African American female inventors to take home.

Girls With A Purpose meet on the first Wednesday of each month, is open to girls grades 2 through 5, and new members are always welcome. Carver School Road Branch Library is located at 4915 Lansing Drive.
